My personal collection has a few of these Brevet long sleeve’s in sportswool burgundy hi viz color in a size LARGE. This jersey is a good jersey to have for night or early morning rides with low light situations. The jersey is a breathable sportswool, three rear cargo pockets, pump pocket, front zipper on the chest. As far as sizing and fit. This will fit 20 inch chest very well and does not fit as tight as some of the other past years. Perfect in cooler temperatures about 50s to low 60s. Based on the short-sleeve jersey rigorously tested by Rapha riders at Paris-Brest-Paris, the long-sleeve version has been created for endurance rides where additional visibility and storage are important but where extra insulation is required. It has three large cargo pockets, as well as a zipped ballast pocket for carrying the hi-vis Brevet Vest and/ or an extra jacket. The front of the jersey also has a zipped chest pocket for carrying a brevet card. The material is like a stretchy, fleece material in my opinion and can be worn on days when it starts off cool, for example like low 50s and then warms up to 63 degrees you should be ok. The jersey can be worn as option to opt out of the arm warmers. Features are standard full pro style fit, quick cooling full zipper, three rear pockets, very visible with the various contrast as well. The sizing is race wear fit and this measures about 18 laying flat but in a race wear fit. The combination of warmth and racing performance is tough to achieve because insulation usually results in a bulkier garment. The Pro Team Long Sleeve Thermal Jersey is both fast and warm. The jersey fabric is a slightly thicker version of the current Pro Team Long Sleeve Aero Jersey and has a fleecy brushed back inner for on-skin comfort. The jersey is cut in our Race fit and it should be reasonably tight to ensure nothing flaps in the wind and slows you down. Further speed advantages come in the form of bonded back shoulder seams with none at all on the front as well as a new rear pocket construction that lies completely flat when not filled youll cut straight through the wind.
