The material is like a mid weight in my opinion and can be worn on days when it starts off cool, for example like low 60s and then warms up to 70 degrees you should be ok. The jersey can be worn as option to opt out of the arm warmers. The sizing is race wear fit and this measures about 20 laying flat but in a race wear fit and does have the convict stripes under the zipper on the collar.
